So. While I was in vaca in NY I finished New Moon, and next is Eclipse. So I looked it up on Amazon, and apparently it doesn't come out in paperback in the US until February, and since Twilight and New Moon are paperback... I want Eclipse in paperback.

BUT I can't wait til February, so I decided to check half.com to see about finding a cheap version of it to tide me over. What I found was a paperback version in English that someone had bought on vacation in another country! For $10. plus shipping. So I ordered it. I was wary of course... wondering if it really would be in english, or really paperback.

But it really is in English, and it really is paperback! It came in today's mail. =)

I am CONVINCED that somehow Stephanie Meyer is hypnotizing us all, or that her printers put crack in her book's pages!

I bought Twilight Thursday and I'm already over half done. I have to FORCE myself to put it down. Last night I cam home from work, took off my work clothes and decided to read 1 chapter before getting dressed and getting dinner.....

I "woke up" 2 HOURS LATER. And then, only because I was so hungry my stomach was literally cramping in pain!!!

Okay so it has come to my attention that I haven't done a real update in weeks, just CVSing. Don't get me wrong... there's CVSing in this one too! But also, actual update.

1) Health - I have had a cold the past week or so. Also I have a dental appointment next month, but am on their wait list to be called if there's an opening.

2) Work - Work is slow. Painfully slow. But. I got a raise.

3) Home - Is nice. cluttered. but nice. been going to Myrtle Beach about every other weekend.

4) Relationships - Austin and I got back together last Saturday, he confessed he wanted to Monday, and I took the whole week to think about it. I love him.

5) Hobbies - I've been doing a lot for the SLSA (surfslsa.com/forums) and Core (core-sl.blogspot.com)

6) Fandom - I am in love with Swingtown and The Secret Diary of a Call Girl. LOVE! Serious love. =) ALSO! I started Twilight last night. OMGUH. YES OMG AMAZING BELLA/EDWARD 4 EVER! hehehe

Store 1: Nearest to me. Has Cashier who knows CVS has an issue with people printing coupons. Also has a client working at it(this was discovered in a recent trip) Is good as long as I am smart enough to avoid the smart cashier.

Store 2: 2nd nearest to my work. Has a scanner, but have never seen the printer working. *eye roll* Decent, but don't like layout. Employees seem too observant.

Store 3: 1st nearest my work. Good layout, has a client working there. Not bad.

Store 4: 3rd nearest my work. SUCKS HARD CORE. It's so ghetto for real. And when I went, didn't have what I needed.

Store 5: Busy intersection. Far, and long, drive. Nothing to write home about. Next!

Store 6: Big, but not too busy, intersection. Far, but fast, drive. Nice Cashiers, mine said she usually worked in pharmacy, so she had to figure out how to work the coupons, but she did good and we had a good repoirte. She said I knew how to work it b/c of using the $4/$20 first. I played dumb, said I was lucky. Was under renovation when I stopped in, but had what I needed. Maybe renovation means scanner soon??

So. Austin and I split. It wasn't mutual. But it wasn't not mutual either I guess. Some will say it was a long time coming. We fought a lot, especially recently. And it was just hard, really hard.

So wehe decided it'd be best to give it a rest. Let us be friends, be free, and learn to love each other again if that's what's meant to be.

Maybe some day we'll get back together, but for now, we're friends. It's hard, it sucks, it hurts, we're both hurting. Last night I slept 2-3 hours. Last night he drank all night. I came to work today to try and stay busy, but can think of nothing else. He had to stay home because he was hung over.

It sucks. It just. It sucks. And it's not even because of something either of us did, or didn't do, or cheating. It just happened.

*sigh* I don't know. I'm confused, and sad, and hurting. He is the cause, but I don't consider it as if he hurt me. Because it's not his fault. It's just something that happened, and maybe it's better this way.

So, apparently I have BROKEN MY SUPER CUTE BOOTS. My cute brown suedish ankle boots I got a couple winters back and have been wearing to work with khakis? yeah. The right heel has... collapsed or something. When I walk, it's off balance and my heel squished in and when I lift my foot it's like a flip flop. Other than these the only shoes I wear on a regular basis to work are my black crocs. Which I pointed out to Bruce and George on Sunday are soooo comfy and well worn that they almost... ALMOST have holes in the bottom (which is why I can now feel the individual rocks in hard gravelled parking lots)

So it's time to toss them both and move on. I figure if no cute boots in my size are on sale I'll buy them in winter. Fortunately I had the forsight to buy new crocs already, a black pair and a khaki pair =D

But it's still a bummer.

Also I have a bad chocolate craving.
